These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, programs, products, services, memberships, subscriptions, digital content, and any related offerings (collectively, the "Services") provided by Lauren Nelson Medella Healing, also known as Medella Healing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from the Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, access, or use the Services.

1. Educational & Informational Purposes Only / No Medical Advice

Lauren Nelson Medella Healing is not a medical provider, licensed healthcare provider, mental health professional, or therapist. The Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing offered by the Company is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic care. You agree that you are solely responsible for your own health decisions and outcomes and that you will consult a qualified professional regarding any medical or mental health concerns.

2. No Doctor–Client or Therapeutic Relationship

Your use of the Services does not create a doctor–patient, therapist–client, coach–client, or fiduciary relationship between you and the Company. Any decisions you make based on the Services are made at your own discretion and risk.

3. Payments, Platform & Processor

All purchases are made through Kajabi and processed via Stripe or another authorized payment processor. You authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method for all fees associated with your purchase.

Prices are subject to change at any time. Access to digital products, programs, or memberships is granted once payment is successfully processed.

4. NO REFUNDS – ALL SALES FINAL

All sales are final. Lauren Nelson Medella Healing does not offer refunds, exchanges, credits, partial refunds, chargebacks, or money-back guarantees under any circumstances.

By purchasing any product, program, course, membership, subscription, service, or digital content, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are not entitled to a refund for any reason, including dissatisfaction, non-use, partial use, perceived results, technical issues, or changes in personal circumstances.
• This policy applies regardless of whether you have accessed or used any portion of the Services.
• All payments are considered fully earned upon purchase.

Any attempt to dispute a charge or initiate a chargeback through Stripe, your bank, or any payment processor after agreeing to these Terms constitutes a material breach of this agreement. The Company reserves the right to contest disputes and recover all associated costs, including administrative fees, collection costs, and legal fees.

5. Subscription Cancellation Policy

Certain Services are offered on a recurring subscription basis via Kajabi.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Kajabi account before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing only. No refunds or credits will be issued for any prior payments or for the remainder of the current billing period.

Access will remain available until the end of the paid billing period and will then automatically terminate.

6. Intellectual Property & License

All content provided by Lauren Nelson Medella Healing, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, written materials, exercises, downloads, AI chatbot content, and community materials, is the intellectual property of the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, share, resell, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

7. AI Chatbot & Digital Tools

The Company may provide access to AI-powered tools or chatbots for educational support only. These tools do not provide medical, mental health, legal, or professional advice and may produce incomplete or inaccurate information.

You agree not to rely on AI tools for health or medical decisions and understand that all outputs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services, violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, share login credentials, or engage in behavior that disrupts the community or platform. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lauren Nelson Medella Healing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lauren Nelson Medella Healing from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without refund, for violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason.

12. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

13. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
