A Note from Lauren about this work..
On my own healing journey and life optimization I discovered that real health and living a life I envisioned wasn't just about the physical body.
Not addressing the emotional and energetic layers, I found I still struggled.Â
I often found myself stuck in the same loop with my health and goals, and trying to talk about the same pain without actually moving through it. Many times I left feeling even more frustrated and unsettled than before.
There were things that "I still noodled with”. This is where this form of work comes in.
These patterns, whether shaped by trauma, chronic stress, or inherited beliefs, can show up as physical symptoms like digestive issues, tension, fatigue, chronic symptoms, etc. For some, you might not even realize what patterns your still holding onto! For me, it was deep unworthiness. For others, it may be fear, abandonment, grief, or other emotions that can quietly influence how you see yourself and the world.
This work meets those patterns at the root, through the body rather than the mind. We use muscle testing, intuitive tracking, and somatic cues to uncover what is stored and support the body in safely releasing it. Not through force. Not through pushing. But through listening, allowing, and helping the body remember what it feels like to be safe again.
The work I share now brings together everything I’ve learned through that process. It is gentle, intuitive, and deeply supportive of the body’s natural ability to heal when given the right conditions.
